I have been a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative and a CRA designated appraiser for over 30 years and I specialize in rural and small-town real estate. I hold the Accredited Buyers Representative designation and the CRA residential appraiser designation.

With a proven track record averaging $10 million in annual sales and 1200 appraisals per year, I will be acting as your consultant and will be giving you the information and time that you need to make sound real estate choices.
